Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for all purchases returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be post-marked within 20 days from the delivery of your order. If you find you need to return merchandise after 15 days, we will issue a merchandise gift card for your purchase, to be used on your next purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return. If the item is an exchange, HipFit will pay the shipping for the item to be sent out to you. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please inspect packages upon receipt. Returns will be sent back if they do not meet the following guidelines..items are to be unworn, unsoiled in original bags with original tags
